Family Retreat

Our community was awarded a grant from the SAMIS Foundation for a family retreat! Families in our community with children in kindergarten through 7th grade will join together for a weekend full of fun, ruach (high spirit) and activities that will help us build up and strengthen our community. We will welcome all families even if your children are not attending Midrasha. During this weekend Rabbi, Naama and I will bring some exciting outside help to run the retreat programs including Rabbi Zelig Golden and Josh Niehaus.

From 3pm on Friday, April 14 to 12pm on Sunday, April 16, we will have music, games, hikes, and discussions at the beautiful Camp N-SID-SEN.

We hope that you and your children will be able to come. It will be a fantastic experience and a community building event. It will help each one of us to get to know each other better, deepen the children’s friendships and help us make new friends.

Register here by March 30!

Note: The retreat is in a rustic, summer camp setting.

You will likely share a cabin with another family.

You will need bring your own sleeping bags, towels, and toiletries.

Dress for the weather! You will need sweatshirts, coats, and hiking boots or sturdy shoes.
